# Prevarro on your phone

> Use Prevarro in your phone or tablet's web browser, add it to your home screen, see your own schedule, and find your way around when the screen is small.

You don't need an app store to use Prevarro on a phone or tablet. Open it in your device's web browser and sign in the same way you do on a computer, with the six-digit code emailed to you or with a passkey. The layout adjusts to the size of your screen.

## Add Prevarro to your home screen

Once you're signed in, you can add Prevarro to your home screen so it opens like an app, in its own window with the Prevarro icon. Prevarro doesn't show an install button of its own. Use your browser's menu instead:

- **iPhone or iPad (Safari):** tap the Share button, then choose Add to Home Screen.
- **Android (Chrome):** open the browser menu, then choose Install app or Add to Home screen.

The names of these options vary a little between browsers and versions. You still sign in the same way.

## See your own schedule

If your business uses **Schedule** and your role doesn't include the full schedule, opening **Schedule** shows **My schedule**: your own schedule blocks and appointments by Day, Week or Month. It's read-only, so ask whoever runs the schedule to change anything. Select an item to see its details.

## On a phone

On a narrow screen the sidebar is tucked away so your work gets the full width.

- The **menu** button at the top left opens the navigation. Select a module to go there, and the menu closes by itself. Tap outside the menu to close it without moving.
- The Prevarro mark sits in the middle of the top bar.
- Search, help, the notification bell and your account menu stay at the top right. Your account menu has **Profile**, **Settings** and **Log out**.

Settings works the same way. When you're in Settings, the menu button opens the Settings list (**Profile**, **Preferences**, **Security** and so on) in place of the main navigation. **Back to Prevarro** at the top of that list takes you back to Home.

## On a tablet

On a medium-sized screen, such as a tablet held upright, the sidebar stays on screen as a narrow column of icons. Select an icon to open that module. Your business name appears in the top bar.

## On a larger screen

On a wide tablet or a computer, the full sidebar shows the name of each module. Use **Collapse sidebar** to shrink it to icons when you want more room, and **Expand sidebar** to bring the names back.

## Tips

- If you rotate your device or resize the window, Prevarro switches layout to fit.
- Prevarro needs a connection. If you lose signal, a banner reads **You're offline. Changes can't be saved until you reconnect.** A page opened with no connection reads **You're offline**. Reconnect, then try again.
- To see every device you're signed in on and end any you don't recognise, use the **Active sessions** card in **Settings → Security**.
